MANGO TREE PLANTED IN TASMANIA!

Outside my front window is a lovely leafy lemon tree that I planted many years ago. Each year I’ve waited for it to produce lemons …we water it, we fertilize it, and still no fruit!
The reason being, we were told – was because it’s too shady – the climate conditions weren’t right!
I remember a season in my own life where I actually felt like that lemon tree- UNFRUITFUL!
Saying to myself that I felt … ‘a bit like a Mango tree planted in Tasmania’!
If you love Mangoes like I do, you know that they are a tropical fruit that produce the best fruit in warm climates.
So, for a Mango tree to be planted in a cold climate, no matter how good the soil was, no matter how much you would water the Mango tree – the climate was not conducive for it to bear it’s best fruit.
By Gods grace and prompting, I realized just like my lemon tree, I needed to change my surroundings – Simple!
Sometimes we can stay in places, jobs for example – because it’s all we know – it becomes comfortable.
You too may have felt like my lemon tree, or the mango tree planted in Tasmania?
The climate conditions, the culture where you have surrounded yourself, is not conducive to the seed – the God given DNA placed in side of you.
Thank you Lord for positioning us in the right climate conditions – where we can produce our best fruit…everlasting fruit… fruit that remains!
